How do I place my order ?

An email / SMS reminder will be sent regarding the delivery date so that you don't miss your weekly organic goods.

Place your order by logging into your account on our shopping portal at shop.lumiere.co.in. before the cut-off timings. We accept orders till 6PM on the day before the delivery. You can add/change/cancel your order till that time. Orders will be accepted and served on a first come- first serve basis. We stock a substantial quantity of organic goods. If perishables run out, we will email/call and inform you.

How will I know that you have received my order?

We will confirm the receipt of your order by sending you an email to your registered email id.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

 

Lumiere's delivery areas are divided into three zones. 

For Zone1 free home delivery is available for orders worth Rs.500.00/- and above. For orders less than Rs.500.00/-, there is a delivery charge of Rs.50.00/-.

For Zone 2 & Zone 3 free home delivery is available for orders worth Rs.1000.00/- and above. For orders less than Rs.1000.00/-, there is a delivery charge of Rs.100.00/-.

 

What are the different payment options?

At present we have the following mode of payments.

·         Cash on delivery

·         Sodexho Coupons

·         Online payment with PayUMoney

·         NEFT Payment

How will the order be delivered to me ?

We will be delivering your confirmed order on the delivery day informed to you via email and SMS.

What if I am not there at home at the time of delivery ?

If you will not be home at that time, please indicate if the goods can be delivered to security or provide an alternate location. Delivery will be made accordingly.

However, do ensure that the payment is handed over to the concerned person or that the payment is made online prior to delivery.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return any of your purchase, you can do it at the same time when the product is delivered to you and we will be happy to take the product back and handover the balance amount or credit the balance in your account.

I am concerned about the privacy of my personal information that I have shared with Lumiere.

Lumiere Organic Store respects and values your privacy; all of your information is kept private and confidential. We will never sell, market, or exchange any of your information. Your email address and phone will only be used for communication from Lumiere (new services, order notifications, payment tracking, etc.). You can unsubscribe from this service at any time.
